Nothing positive. There’s no breakfast, no “bed & breakfast” sign, the gate is very dirty, the courtyard is poorly maintained, there are no toiletries (the bottle was empty ;), and the lighting is insufficient.

The house was charming with a quiet gated courtyard and had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, a good shower, and all the necessary items. Marie‑Laura kindly suggested I store my motorcycle in an adjacent room because of heavy rain. Watching and listening to Marie‑Laura and her friends perform their impressive music was a wonderful cultural experience, and they gave me a generous introduction to the beautiful coastal scenery of this picturesque yet authentically characterful place. Absolutely fantastic! No issues at all.

“Confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix.”

It was quiet, set in the countryside, and Barfleur was a 10‑minute walk away. The accommodation was on the ground floor, opening onto the courtyard, and setting up was easy. A car was nearby and there were no stairs, making it very convenient for an elderly person. The hostess was welcoming and lived on the premises.

“Bon accueil”

We were very well welcomed, and the apartment matched the photos. The breakfast was generous. Barfleur is a 15‑minute walk away, and for hikers the cottage is located at the foot of the GRP. Nothing to add.
