The double room was spacious and clean, but there was no kettle or safe. The restaurant food was lovely and very reasonably priced. Check‑in staff were very nice, and a particular young man at the bar/restaurant was very helpful and spoke a good amount of English. The hotel mainly caters to locals, which was fine for me, but a woman staff member was extremely rude to everyone in our party because we didn’t speak Spanish. She was very aggressive and then started talking to her colleagues about us, saying we couldn’t understand. I’ve never experienced this before and we were using a translator app to help the situation. You definitely need a car in this area; we were attending an event so transportation was booked. The area is very out of the way.
