“THE BEST PLACE IN PATTAYA!”

Max’s hotel is amazing, the bed is super comfy, the room is huge and the bathroom is huge too, and the lighting is excellent with a lot of detail. There’s strong air‑conditioning and powerful fans, even making it chilly at night! Max left us a ton of water bottles in the room and fridge and coffee‑making tools, plus beach towels (just a few meters away). The spot is perfect, close to nightlife and the beach but still very quiet, so you hear nothing at night. We totally understand why it’s always booked and we’ll definitely come back!

The place had a cozy vibe, the rooms were spotless, and the location was great right next to the beach. The staff were polite and responded to messages quickly. There were no shortcomings; everything was enjoyable.

“Amazing and will be back again!”

The room was immaculate, with outstanding lighting and décor. Max was incredibly helpful and friendly. The air‑con worked well and there were plenty of fixed fans. We had plenty of coffee, coffee mate, a microwave, and a large fridge stocked with water bottles. The location was great for the beach and amenities. Max has just reopened his barbershop and I recommend him for a haircut. The bed was extremely comfortable.
