The view is stunning from all angles because the house sits high on the hill, showcasing classic Tuscan scenery, though you have to drive a few kilometers on a gravel road. The property is well maintained, the owner Matilde is very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast costs only 7 € and is great, it’s dog‑friendly, and the rooms are spacious. We felt very comfortable. The only thing that could improve is having a microwave or a small stove to heat leftovers or ready‑made meals.

The property was very charming with beautiful views and an inviting pool. The hosts were welcoming and did everything they could for us. Breakfast was exceptional, and it was nice to have laundry facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I can’t think of anything negative.

“Amazing place in Tuscany”

The panoramic views, easy access to Pienza, Bagni San Fillipo, Monticchiello, and Pienza, a large, super clean apartment, and Matilda’s helpfulness made the stay excellent. Breakfast cost only €7 and the outside seating area was great, with amazing sunsets. The only downside was that all the cars were parked in front of our apartment, far enough away, but they came and went all the time.
