The price was fair and the location great; cleaning was excellent, the apple was tasty, bedding and towels were clean and good. I liked everything and saw no negatives; everything was perfect. The only thing that could improve is a pool, and Cartagena was very hot.

The hotel’s location and the people were warm and attentive. The only downside was that the hotel didn’t have a pool.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast varied, they upgraded us and gave us a suite. Nothing negative.
