I liked most of my stay, except for one issue: a dirty towel in my bathroom that I left to see if housekeeping would replace it, but they never did. I was in room 126 and the towel was on the left.

The location was fine, but the remote didn’t work properly, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the A/C was ineffective and couldn’t keep the room cool. I woke up at 3 am and couldn’t get back to solid sleep, tossing and turning until 7 am.

The location was good and the staff were nice, but there were cockroaches in my room. The room felt a little ragged, the bathroom door mirror was broken or missing and had glue on the door, there was no baseboard trim, and an old blanket lay on the bed. The A/C was not efficient and the hallways were stuffy.

I didn’t eat there, but the parking was very noisy and problematic. The place wasn’t clean; apparently they’re remodeling, and on the first floor every corner had empty paint cans stacked in hallway corners with used paint tarps. In the laundry area, doors were open and laundry was thrown everywhere, with stuff piled on desks. Parking was difficult to get in and out, some slots were angled with very little room to maneuver. Carpets looked filthy. Upstairs, windows in the hallways were open while the A/C was on, and doors leading outside couldn’t be shut, so anyone could get in—no security. I would not recommend it.
