I didn't like anything; when I arrived the place was nothing like the photos. It was also too far from Lençóis center.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and it was close to the center – I’d definitely return. The bathroom needed a bit of upkeep, but I mentioned it to the staff.

Nice spot, good location and helpful staff. The bathroom wasn’t very organized for a tired traveler, but the value for money was worth it. Breakfast options were limited.

The location was great, breakfast superb, beds comfy, parking and Wi‑Fi were good. We chose the lodge because it accepted pets, yet the pet fee wasn’t clear in the booking; at check‑in we were hit with R$ 50 for our Beagle plus another charge. They also said the Booking price was a promo and that card payment would add more, so we ended up paying more than the reservation. Parking was a mess – two cars were behind ours and we couldn’t move them, and with no front desk around 7 p.m. we had to leave on foot. My mother‑in‑law had mobility issues and couldn’t join us. On top of that we arrived without soap or toilet paper. These issues could have been avoided with better organization and communication.
