Everything was perfect and the location was excellent.

The staff were polite, kind, and extremely helpful; if extra items like towels, washcloths, or toilet paper were needed, housekeeping responded very quickly, which we appreciated. However, we quickly lost our appetite at the morning buffet after seeing a woman digging in her nose and then heading into the buffet line to handle the serving utensils. We left immediately and went next door to dine at the restaurant in the St. Regis Hotel.

I was pleased with the cleanliness, but the lack of parking was a let‑down; it wasn’t listed or shown in the booking, and the only option was pricey valet. We ended up parking a block and a half away and dragging our luggage back.

The location was excellent, close to everything and easy to navigate; the room was lovely but a bit small, especially with a wheelchair, so we felt cramped. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, earning a perfect 10.
