The hotel is excellent. The staff and the reception are all polite. We booked a room for 2 nights but we were late for one day because of floods in Bangkok. But i kept my booking, I was just late. When I arrived at the Green Hotel Vientiane, for some reason my booking was cancelled somehow. And we had to make a new booking. none

I had a fantastic stay in Vientiane! The hotel sits in a prime spot, is spotless and comfortable, and local shops and amenities are nearby, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. What truly made the short visit memorable was Boun La Vang, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He arranged my transfers, including the trip to Ripe Yet Garé, and handled my city tour. With only one day in Vientiane, he knew exactly how to pack the itinerary so I could see and enjoy as much as possible. He was always helpful, professional and genuinely friendly, with a smile all the time. Thank you, Boun La Vang, for making my brief stay so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff were friendly, the room was nice, clean and tidy, and the spot was convenient for temple visits and the riverside night market. The restaurant/club across the street stayed open until 3 am both nights, which was noisy for a light sleeper—pick the pool view instead. Breakfast was excellent the first morning but let down the second; there was very little food left, and staff were even snapping photos of the shortage.
