I couldn't help but notice how every little detail was taken care of, making the splurge feel completely justified. The meals offered a delightful range of Japanese dishes, and the Taiko performance was executed with professionalism; we were surprised to learn the performers were actually hotel staff. Our room came with access to three lounges, each presenting pleasant surprises, and the garden exuded a peaceful vibe. Because we had kids, we missed out on the evening lounge and snack bar, but it didn't feel like a loss. The crystal-clear view of Fuji-San was a lucky bonus. Nothing could be criticized.

“Vista incrível para o Mt Fuji e funcionários excelentes”

The hotel is beautiful and the pools are excellent! The view of Mount Fuji from the room was amazing. Some dinner dishes didn't suit my taste and I expected a bit more from breakfast. The best meal I had during my stay was outside the hotel.
