My stay was marred by a significant language barrier and a complete lack of customer service skills from the receptionist, who unfortunately was very rude, particularly to my in-laws. Despite the challenges, I tried to understand her perspective, but it was clear that she needed more training.
“A pleasant surprise for weary travelers - you need to try Hotel Huntington!”
I was blown away by the exceptional service and amenities at this hotel, which started with a warm and welcoming greeting upon arrival. The beautiful lobby, charming music, and peaceful landscaping all contributed to a sense of tranquility, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was quiet, large, and pleasant, and the full-sized tub and shower were a nice touch. The only thing that could be improved is the pillows, but overall, this hotel is a true gem.
“Will stay again”
I found this hotel to be a decent value, with a great location close to Hope hospital - it's a bit hidden, but you can't miss it if you look for Pollo Loco, which is right next door. However, I was a bit disappointed with the coffee machine downstairs, which seemed to be out of commission, as I couldn't find water or a spoon to make a cup of coffee.
“The room was spacious, clean and comfortable beds”
My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, thanks to a spacious, clean, and well-maintained room that felt calm and restful, even at night. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to comfort made my stay feel easy and enjoyable, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location was super convenient, close to the class I was attending and surrounded by plenty of food spots and stores. However, my room had a loud beeping smoke detector when I first arrived, which was quite annoying, but fortunately, they switched me to a different room. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and squeaky, making it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.
