“Very quite, relaxing , spread out complex with stunning pools and beach. (September)”
The property is huge, so you can walk 10,000 steps just by moving between breakfast, lunch, the pool, the beach, and back to your room. The grounds are lovely, the pools are large, and in the second week of September the place was almost empty. The food was great, with a nice selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, and Tony, the head chef, was an absolute superstar—thanks for making the stay extra special. The rooms are Outdoor 4* and the restaurant is 3*. The room itself felt tired and old‑fashioned, although it was cleaned. The idea of staying in one hotel while eating elsewhere, even though we were all‑inclusive, made no sense and the staff couldn’t explain it, even though the hotel had a restaurant and bar.
“Bien”
The hotel has been remodeled and is fine for a couple of days. It’s all‑inclusive, so it’s a bit massive. The rooms have slightly old‑fashioned décor, the bathroom is good but needs modernization. The food is very tasty and varied. The staff are very attentive. It still needs modernization and feels a bit massive.
“Wenn man sich an den Geruch im Zimmer gewöhnen kann, ist es ein gutes Hotel. Der Pool müsste saniert werden. Algig im Üb”
The resort is very beautiful and matches the pictures. The rooms smell musty because of the high humidity.
The establishment is clean and offers a varied menu, especially at lunch and dinner, with good grilled dishes and a pizzaiolo on site who makes pizzas at noon and in the evening. The beach nearby is decent. The breakfast, however, is not varied, featuring industrial products, poor‑quality coffee, and no interesting options like tea or herbal infusions. An Italian DJ playing on the hotel’s beach really ruins the rest, the large pool is a bit outdated, and a cooler in the gym would have been welcome. The gym could use more equipment. It’s strange that you have to pay for beach towels and for being in the front row on the beach, especially for an all‑inclusive. The staff could be a bit more friendly and smiling.
“Piacevolissima scoperta!!”
The structure is truly beautiful, large, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The food is delicious, fresh, and cooked on the spot. The rooms are spacious and spotless every day (Marina Beach). The pools are big and clean, and the kids’ pool is very convenient. The beach service is excellent, and the beach is literally a stone’s throw away. The sea is wonderful. The staff deserve a special mention: from the waiters and chefs to the bar guys and reception, everyone is kind, tireless, and especially polite. Thanks for the welcome; we hope to see you again! The only improvement that could be made is the mosquito nets. Unfortunately, the Marina Room (separate building) has none, so opening the doors to the patio is impossible because the mosquitoes eat us, especially the kids. You have to keep the doors closed and the air conditioner on all the time. For someone who doesn’t like sleeping with the air conditioner, it’s not ideal, but it’s also not great for normal air circulation. In a 4‑star hotel, that’s definitely an improvement to make.
