The rooms were super comfy and spotless, and the area was quiet and well‑guarded.

They are not very flexible and quite unkind in responding to inquiries. It’s far from the center and the tourist area.

The spot next to Hospital de Alcalá is the best feature, as it keeps you away from the city centre. It’s a decent place if you’re heading to the new campus or the hospital, but if you’re a tourist, look elsewhere. The distance to the centre and the lack of rooms for the public are drawbacks.
