The location was fine, but the plumbing was a nightmare—no pressure, hot water only, and the pipes burst in the dining hall; overall it was a poor value.

The front desk, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping were all exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond; my room was spotless with a lovely view, though a bar fridge would have been a nice addition.

I liked the smart TVs that let us stream Netflix and the sea view, plus the water was from a trusted brand; however, breakfast service was slow—juice refills and clean glasses took ages, the food was dry when we woke up, and the dining area was dirty with plates, cups, and food on the floor, forcing us to share a plate because they couldn’t bring a clean one quickly.

The layout was great and offered plenty of space to hang out with friends, but when the card was switched off at 10:00 am the following morning, it was inconvenient.
