The hotel was very clean and quiet, yet a total failure of the hot‑water system forced us to shower with cold water, which was utterly unacceptable for a property of this calibre. We were deeply disappointed that the manager refused to offer any commercial compensation, merely apologising flatly and claiming he was just an employee, not the owner, and did not even try to contact his superior. He simply accepted the bill. That behaviour is simply unacceptable. I warned that we would post a detailed review on Booking, and he replied that it didn’t matter to him.

The reception was fine, but there was no hot water.

The staff never answered the customers' calls. We called to notify of a delay, arrived at the hotel, had no keys to occupy our room. We spent the night in the vehicle, they refused to refund us after a complaint. I would not recommend this to anyone.
