The location is fine, but everything else is almost unusable; the hotel is falling apart, rooms lack upkeep, everything feels too old and dirty.

The place is great and the room was comfy, yet I traveled with a pet and had already mentioned it when booking, yet I wasn’t told beforehand about the pet fee or the need to show paperwork, which should have been clear and early so I could plan and avoid surprises on arrival.
