The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the room was quiet, clean, and felt safe. Everything I needed was there, and the price was reasonable. It was conveniently close to Gang Afrika 1 and 2 and the Galeri Sejarah Kampung Afrikan about Belanda Hitam, which is why I came to Purworejo. Angkots run on the same street to Kutoarjo station, the nearest train station, and a bus also operates regularly between the town plaza and the station. The Wi‑Fi in the room was a bit weak and flickered on and off, though it seemed stronger at reception, so I hope that can be improved in the rooms. I sent a message about a booking error, but never received a response.

The price was fine, but everything else was a disappointment. We knew it would be simple, yet the photos showed beautifully white‑washed beds, which was far from reality. We only received a thin blanket that looked more like a towel. There was no toilet paper, no sink, and no tea or coffee options. Ants were everywhere.

I was impressed with the hotel's cleanliness, the mosque's cleanliness, the ample parking, and the friendly and polite staff, but unfortunately, the TV and WiFi were not functioning properly during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown.

I was pleased with the hotel's friendly receptionist, clean room and bathroom, and cool air conditioning, but I was disappointed to find that the deluxe room I booked only came with a single blanket, forcing my husband to use a towel instead, which was a bit of an inconvenience.
