The location and the size of the room are excellent, and it’s obviously budget friendly. It was hard to reach the reception, and when I ordered a vegetarian dish they gave me a non‑vegetarian one.

The place is in a great spot, the staff are friendly and the rooms stay spotless. I wish the customer support had been a touch more helpful and could have offered more guidance on local tourist spots. Also, moving the reception counter to the ground floor would make it easier to see and use.
