The Queen Room offers air‑conditioned comfort with a seating area and cable TV. It includes an en‑suite bathroom and free Wi‑Fi for guests. Two large double beds accommodate up to two people.
“Did not stay after not having a king size bed with a pet and pool not having any water in it”
We did not stay, trying to obtain a refund. The hotel misrepresented the king room and pet‑friendly policy, and the pool was dry.
When we tried to check in at 3:30 pm, the front desk was empty and nobody answered the bell or the door number; it took 30 minutes before anyone could help us, so we had to leave and book another hotel on the spot.
“I will never use again”
We arrived at the hotel expecting a comfortable stay, but things took a turn for the worse when we discovered that they didn't have any available rooms despite our confirmed reservation. The front desk staff seemed unapologetic and refused to process a cancellation or assist with a refund, leaving us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The entry to the parking lot needs a bit of work.

The moment I entered the room, I noticed a mysterious substance on the bathroom entry, and the carpet looked like it had been in desperate need of replacement for at least five years. The mattress, on the other hand, seemed to have been in use for over two decades, and the overall ambiance was far from welcoming.
