“Wunderschöne Lage mit freundlichen Damen der Rezeption”

The reception and location are great, but the restaurant and nighttime quiet are a flop – a second chance is possible. The location is dreamy and the reception staff and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was disappointing at lunch (wrong drink, poor tomato‑cream bruschetta on toast, clueless service, and loud kitchen noise). In the evening, there was no space for guests because of a themed event – we had to find another place (luckily a superb fish restaurant nearby). At night, there were disturbances after 23 o’clock from loud conversations right under the window. The double bed has a continuous mattress, so the second person is also disturbed when the first sleeps restlessly. In short, the great location makes us consider a second visit, hoping for better service next time.

I arrived and felt right at home, but the breakfast wasn’t included.

Everything was brand‑new, spotless, even the room had a coffee machine and a floor‑to‑ceiling rainforest shower; I couldn’t find the outdoor blinds even though they must have been there to keep the heat out. There’s a separate outdoor area for kids with a lawn, a playground (though no shade) and lake access. The place was very pleasant and quiet, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The only downside was the price, a bit high, breakfast was 25,- and a bit pricey, though the buffet was well stocked. Overall a very nice accommodation.

The location is great and the hotel is very nice, but there’s no storage for e‑bikes, only an outdoor bike rack without a roof; a covered area would be welcome so the e‑bikes don’t get rained on.
