“It was OK, we slept all right, but the experience with the sofa sleeper and not enough pillows and not having it made up”

Even though the hotel was right next to the freeway, we couldn't hear it from our room. I had specifically asked for a cot or a room with a sofa (which I was given), but there were five of us and one person needed to sleep on the sofa, yet it wasn't set up. They didn't have enough pillows for that bed and we had to arrange them ourselves. When we pulled the bed out, it had two old sheets on it that we had to remove before we could put fresh sheets on. Gross! Also, the breakfast that they supposedly offer was terrible: stale and dried-out small muffins, strange cinnamon‑type doughnut/roll things, and two kinds of cereal. That is not a breakfast! Plus, the coffee was awful. I've never stayed at a place with such a poor breakfast setup.

The room they gave us was big and clean, but the people you encounter in the parking lot were annoying.

“Ghetto hotel”

I never want to return to this place again. The parking lot was full of homeless people, and there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallways and even in a room. The door handle in my room was broken and didn’t work properly, making the room unsafe. I also found bugs by the microwave. This was the worst experience ever.
