The layout is comfortable with a spacious room and plenty of extra space, the staff are helpful and always present, and the location is close to the airport with hassle‑free access to the city centre, but there is no noted downside.

The staff were very helpful and the food was really nice; Khalid did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, giving us all the relevant information about places to visit and responding well whenever we needed assistance; we highly recommend anyone to stay there and will definitely return.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel completely at home; every staff member was kind, friendly, polite, and always available whenever we needed anything, and their hospitality made our stay even more special; a special thank you to Khalid for his kindness, attention, and warm hospitality, and to the entire staff who took such great care of us; we genuinely felt at home and will leave with wonderful memories, thanking them for making our time in Marrakech so special.

We had an excellent experience at the Riad Tonaroz; the space is gorgeous, very well maintained, and perfectly conveys the tranquility and charm we were looking for in a Marrakech riad; the rooms are comfortable, the décor is beautiful, and all common areas are impeccably kept; the team was always extremely friendly, attentive, and available, making us feel very welcome from the first moment; the environment is calm and welcoming, a great place to rest after a day exploring Marrakech; overall we liked almost everything and would stay again without hesitation; the only area that could be improved is the food offering—quality is good, but we would like more variety on the menu, especially for longer stays, with a wider selection of dishes and options to make the experience even more complete; otherwise it was an excellent stay and we recommend it without doubt.
