“Comfortable stay”

Only a couple of blocks from the train station, the staff were friendly and text communication worked well; the bed was comfy and the shower water was warm, but the bathrooms were small, the AC wasn’t functioning properly, the heat mode didn’t work, the shower head needs replacement, and despite being advertised, there was no microwave in the room.

The only thing good about this place is its location. Other than that, its not worth staying--for the amount of money they ask for per night. 1-When I walked inside the room with socks on, when I took it off, there were hairs, dirt etc. stuck at the bottom of my socks----it was not cleaned properly or vacuumed. 2-The toilet tubing's to flush were leaking water. 3-The toilet does not flush properly, It takes 5 flushes to flush down waste. 4-The AC does not cool. I asked about it and the front desk stated that 1/2 the hotels AC are not cooling because of the season. This was not disclose in their website or at the website. that their AC is only "on" on certain season of the year. I would not stay in this hotel again. It's way too small, old and not worth the money I paid for. We were out of town 90% of the time and only came in to sleep. It was too cramp and uncomfortable

“Horrible”

The bathroom was clean enough, but the photos on the site were misleading; the room was cramped, the A/C barely cooled, and there was no microwave. I booked a Deluxe Queen Room, yet it felt far from deluxe. Parking cost $66 the first night and $40 the last, which was disappointing.

“Small but clean rooms”

The location was good and it was quiet (we had activity behind us), but the electronic check‑in/out system failed, causing a delay at the front desk, and the breakfast options (2) stayed unchanged for three days.
