“I’m most impressed with the location, room is big and modern”

The spot couldn't be better—right by Dong Jie Kou, the metro, and just across the street from SangFangQiXiang. Daming Street is opposite, and you can hop on a bike to West Lake if you don’t feel like walking. The only odd thing was finding just one sugar packet in the room; I asked for more and the robot popped up with an extra sachet, which was a funny little surprise.

This place is super convenient, steps from the metro and surrounded by huge shopping areas, plus they offer a free self‑service laundry that staff actually wash, dry, and bring back to your room. The front desk team is incredibly friendly and they even have an online concierge; getting dinner from Meituan delivered by a robot to the room felt like a treat.

“overall excellent”

The room was clean and surprisingly quiet, which made the stay pleasant. We were initially assigned a room right next to a renovation site, but after we asked about it, they moved us to a quieter spot without any hassle.
