I really liked the room, it was good and clean. They gave us two beds as promised. The cleaning staff left a strong impression: a boy with a braid who did an excellent job and was very courteous, yet he seemed shy about taking the tip we left. The area is bad, the street is dirty, but overall the room was good, which is what matters.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, heating, and very comfortable beds. It’s well located, a 10‑minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and a 2‑minute walk from restaurants. One downside is that on the street there are shoe workshops on the lower floors and some floors, and the street feels quite abandoned, but it doesn’t make me feel unsafe.

The room was a great fit for a large family, essentially two separate rooms (each with its own bathroom and AC) joined by a common corridor. The terrace on the top floor overlooks the marble sea, a nice spot to sit together in the evenings. The hotel sits among shoe‑making workshops (we knew that when booking), so sleeping with the windows open past 11 am is unlikely, but there are no noisy restaurants right outside the windows. With the windows closed, street noise is inaudible. A short walk to the T1 tram takes you to a whole street of food stalls you can eat at any time. Daily housekeeping with towel changes isn’t provided, but if you ask the staff to clean, they’ll do it promptly. Overall, for the price range, this hotel is a solid choice for staying in Istanbul. We were satisfied with our vacation. The only improvement would be to add daily trash removal from rooms or provide trash bags so guests can dispose of waste themselves.

The spot was great, the room was fine, the host was friendly, and the fridge and kettle in the room were handy. I did notice a missing switch near the bed and a small night lamp was missing; fixing those little things would make the room look cleaner.

The host was very polite and welcoming, the location was pretty good, the place was clean, the air conditioning worked, and the bed was comfortable.
