Feels good, clean and comfortable.
“Should improve more, the toilet very dirty.shower not working very well.”
Just one night, it’s okay – comfortable. The shower didn’t work well, low heat, and the bed slides when you sleep, so management should address that.
“Ok”
The front desk lady was very polite and helpful, whereas the male staff at the counter clearly needs more training, especially on PR.
“Good”
In the centre of Kemaman, easy access to everywhere. No complaints.
