No comment as I did not stay in the hotel. I did not get the hotel room that I booked. After a long trip, I was expecting some rest. But I was shocked to say the room was not available. Another room was offered with no room window. They went on to offer another room, but allowed to stay only for one night. My initial booking was for two nights. I texted a hotel personnel (Mr Rahman) a few days later, asking him how can I get a refund. He was the one who offered me to take down his number. But till today, he did not reply till today. I don't want to say this, but I felt I was scammed. I made full payment, but did not get what I paid for. I expect full refund
