The bathroom, the water did not go, the dirty faucets were stagnant and the Tina, the curtain was very dirty and the room smelled ugly

“Disgusting hotel!”

We did like the location, it is close to Ft Leonard Wood. Very unkempt hotel. Only 1 key would work. It was difficult to find staff to take concerns to. Bathroom was dirty, standing water puddles in the bathroom. Mold on the air conditioner grates and the bathroom wall. Stains in the toilet bowl. Lights with metal were rusted. The chair by the table was all torn apart on the arms and soiled on the back and seat. We had a king bed with three pillows available, for two people, everything smelled of mildew and felt damp. We were unable to open windows for fresh air. Carpeting had a line that was cut in it causing a tripping hazard. The pool was very cloudy were you could not see the bottom, even at the 4 ft mark. We felt everything was just dirty and gross. We will never stay here again. We attempted to find management, they were never available to speak to or ask for a room switch. The elevator also did not work, there was a typed sign letting guests know, never seen anyone working on it for maintenance

The nightly rate was reasonable and the room was roomy, but the lack of an elevator meant we had to haul our luggage up the stairs, and the interior felt run‑down with insufficient parking.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the rooms were spotless, plus they offered a self‑serve waffle maker at breakfast.

“For what I paid they really need bigger TV’S. Smart kind.. most people watch tv through apps nowada.”

The rooms were very nice and clean, though the breakfast could use some improvement and fresh towels are needed.
