“Bel soggiorno rovinato in parte da piccoli problemi di servizi”
The room was really beautiful, well furnished and very cozy. A special thank you to the owner for the generous welcome: we found a wide range of breakfast and snack food (croissants to chips) and a bottle of sparkling wine that was much appreciated. Communication was excellent and the location convenient. However, there were several practical issues we would have liked handled better. The room lacked glasses (not even paper ones) and an extra complimentary water bottle. We also encountered various problems with the services: the shower had a leaking diverter and hot water struggled to come out consistently, while the bidet jet was extremely thin and barely worked. Finally, we had trouble with the jacuzzi, as even filling it proved much more complicated than expected.
