The overall experience was great; the location is excellent, and everyone from valet parking to front desk to housekeeping was extremely courteous, helpful, and polite. A special shout out to Senya at the front desk for her assistance.

The place is great, but the second night was ruined by a nonstop wedding that kept playing loud music and a DJ, with people banging doors all night; they promised it would quiet down by 1100, but it didn't, so we couldn't hear the TV or sleep.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the location is excellently central, the lifts are efficient, and the room is very large with fine views; there's a good shopping mall nearby and Farm Boy is recommended for good food for picnics and ready meals, but we were warned in advance that work was being carried out to upgrade the hotel, which turned out to be messy and disruptive at the entry; the room felt rather tired and dated, and in a double room why do hotels only ever supply a single comfy chair?!! The immediate area surrounding the hotel is sadly troubled with numerous homeless drug addicts.
