The place was clean, the front desk staff were friendly, the free breakfast offered variety and everything was fresh, the dining area was large and roomy, and like most Marriotts the pillows, mattresses and bedding are very comfortable; the only downside is that it’s conveniently right off the interstate but construction next door and a surrounding area of other hotels and parking lots.

The hotel has been refurbished with fresh colours, but like most hotels in this price range, it isn’t in a prime spot—always a 7‑10 minute drive to the city centre.

Our room was spacious and the facilities and breakfast were fine, yet the front‑desk staff were slow and the bed cleanliness was questionable – sheets were wrinkled and the pillows smelled of perfume, even though the linens were changed, and we only received two towels for three of us.
