We loved our stay here; they were very helpful when we had to book our bus to Pakse, and the room was comfortable and spacious.

The experience was terrible. The room was listed with air conditioning, but a fee was demanded on arrival to use it. The manager, when called, showed no willingness to understand the situation or verify the booking details, insisting on payment in a very discourteous manner.

The room was large with a great view, and bikes were available for rent 😁. The pillows were hard and the shower sometimes ran cold.
