Located right in the heart of the city, the staff were friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, the air conditioning needs improvement—it’s too noisy.

The location is excellent, right in the center. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is good, and everything outside is on a narrow street. You can walk to all sights without any trouble. The train station is a 5‑7 minute walk in a straight line. The city is wonderful and the atmosphere fantastic. The food, like everywhere in Italy, is good and pricey. They have a quirky parking payment system: in the blue zone you can park all day without changing cars. With the Mooneygo app you can do it for up to 3 or 4 days (I think) at €6 per day. The owners are great—10. They should make it very clear that you can’t enter that area by car. We’ll see how much the fine is. The gate is inside a complex and not visible from the street. It’s highly recommended to arrange a meeting with the owner. We didn’t, and we lost over an hour looking for it. They have to give you a card to enter. The air conditioning is very noisy, so you have to turn it off at night. With the windows open, the street noise is quite loud. With the room size, there’s only a big armchair (probably a bed) and a chair, which makes no sense.
