Thanks for the warm welcome from Mr. Ahmed and the reception team, as well as the supervisory staff led by Mr. Sary; everything was perfect, no complaints, the rooms were fantastic and the crew was top‑class under Mr. Ahmed’s leadership.

It was a really great day at the hotel and everything was very clean; I’m looking forward to staying again, and nothing was bad.

The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, and the location was good, but there was no parking and the room faced the street with windows that didn’t block noise; everything else was fine.
