The location is good, but the water was an issue.

The staff was friendly, especially a young woman who helped us. However, it was the first time an hotel couldn't find anyone to babysit our child for 2/3 hours. The room on the upper floor was very hot during the day even though it had air conditioning, and the staircase was hard to climb.

Near the port. The room’s air conditioning was awful, there was no food service, and you couldn’t order food at all; no cook was available.

The staff were very friendly, enthusiastic and eager to help, but the air‑conditioner made a huge amount of noise and should be replaced.
