Hotel HERB

Parking was spacious and the luggage was easy to move to the room. The sink drain in the washroom was almost clogged.

The room was clean and spacious, but the washlet and sauna were broken; if the staff had made that clear when I booked, I would have chosen elsewhere.

The room, bath, and washbasin were lovely, but a lingering cigarette odor bothered me because I don't usually smoke at home, and it stuck to my clothes and bag; the water server ran out of water, which was disappointing, but they promptly delivered a pitcher, which was appreciated.

I don’t think there’s anything else that offers this level of service at this price. The water pressure in the mini‑kitchen suddenly spiked, which was surprising.
