I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with friendly staff, excellent massage and sauna facilities, and clean rooms with a delicious breakfast. However, I was disappointed to find the hotel beach littered with trash. Despite this, the positives made my experience enjoyable.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach, which was a major plus. Unfortunately, the food was subpar and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, which detracted from my overall stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Çağrı, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to assist me with various information and situations, speaking English fluently and displaying a kind and professional demeanor. I was also impressed by Julia, the therapist, who delivered an excellent massage. However, my stay was marred by an uncomfortable bed and subpar food options, which were limited in choice and quality.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered an aggressive staff member who refused to accept my booking reservation, leaving me feeling unwelcome and distrustful of the establishment. The hotel's reputation seemed to be marred by a sense of mafia-like intimidation, making me regret wasting my time and money on this stay. Even the booking app failed to provide any assistance when I needed it most.
