The location is gorgeous, but the reception is awful, a 20‑year‑old Turkish guy.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; we stayed only one night and it was the worst experience in Turkey. We had no glasses, the room was filthy, we couldn't sleep at all because the ACs didn’t work and the noise sounded like an earthquake—so loud we couldn’t sleep until morning. The price was too high for such a bad stay. Inside the room we found no batteries, no glasses, no water, the sheets were stained, and the AC blew hot air. After reporting these issues to reception, they finally brought us a battery and water, but we couldn’t find anything else we needed in the room. Definitely not worth it. Nothing else.

Everything at the hotel was satisfactory and the service was fantastic!

Location: everything is close by—metro, tram, and food shops. I liked that the hotel had an elevator. Breakfast was very sparse; there were no flakes and not even an omelette.
