Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Struggled with the stairs but a young staff member came to my rescue and helped with my luggage

The staff were great, friendly and welcoming, and the modern décor plus a large TV were definite pluses, yet the fridge was off, so I had to pull it out of the cabinet and flip it on; there was no complimentary tea or coffee, only warm water and milk cups in the fridge, which was oddly unusual for a place of this caliber.

The location was comfortable and the place was clean, but Saturday night during the Grand Final the crowd made it noisy.
