I liked the range of activities and food, and the location and cleanliness were good, but some restaurants and areas lack air conditioning, making them less comfortable.

The infrastructure was fine, but they don’t serve shrimp or lobster, there’s no place to buy them, the restaurant is closed, and the drinks are average.

The pool and facilities were stunning and super clean, but the food and mixed drinks were pretty bad. I’ve been to many all‑inclusives and know not to expect too much food quality, yet this was below those expectations, and the drinks were awful as were the buffets.

“Awful experience!!!!!!! The worst I ever experienced”

The pool was nice, but the sink in my room was clogged, the room phone wouldn’t dial the front desk, and I had to walk there several times for towels that never arrived. The room was booked for four people, yet only two towels were provided. During a massage, someone cut my daughter’s band off, which was suspicious since the room keys were securely attached to our arms and could only be removed with scissors. I was asked to pay $100 to replace it, which felt like a rip‑off. After we disembarked from a boat cruise, a security guard—who couldn’t communicate in English and used a translation app—screamed at my daughter and approached her about her band, again suspicious. How could she be singled out among everyone who got off the boat? This terrible experience, after spending $3000, was not worth it. I’m very disappointed and will complain to anyone who will listen. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and I will never return to this resort.
