The location and service were good, but we booked a quadruple room and the second bed wasn’t set up, so we had to arrange it ourselves that night. The cleaning could be better, yet the overall rating is still high because of the trust.

There was almost nothing positive, and the place was too noisy and old.

We had to request a room change due to an issue and they invited us to breakfast—quite a big gesture. However, we could hear a lot of people in the hallways coming and going from parties, and the room light was positioned over the pillow, so it turns on accidentally at night (we laughed about it).

The bed was super uncomfortable. we stayed 4 days and no one came to clean, it was full of ants, they gave us 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people for 4 days.
