A sweet little hotel in a romantic setting by a small lake. The restaurant is well‑known even beyond Germany. Good food, good breakfast, comfortable beds, and the dog is welcome. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was tasty and well presented, and the whole hotel was clean and well kept. The only downside was that there was no chance to have a drink in the evening.

The setting was beautiful with a lovely lake view for a relaxing drink in the evening sun. The dinner was excellent and the surroundings were convivial. Parking on the hotel grounds was good. The staff were friendly.

The location was peaceful, the place was very beautifully renovated by the new owners, and the terrace was gorgeous. The breakfast was well taken care of and the restaurant was very tasty. We have been guests at the hotel for 30 years. The only drawback is that check‑in starts at 15:00 and the bar is not open for drinks, only the restaurant opens at its opening hours. When it used to be earlier, you could have something to drink at any time on the terrace by the pond. The alternative is to go to the café in town.
