The location is incorrect, the distances to attractions are wrongly described, they’re slow to refund pre‑paid money, and they don’t maintain communication with customers.

The hotel is very nice, new, and everything is spotless, pleasant, and quiet. The room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the shower cabin keeps the bathroom dry. The restaurant is lovely, and the block‑style breakfast offers variety. The staff are exceptionally courteous. There’s a direct outdoor exit if you want fresh air. The area itself is beautiful, and you can also use the pool at Hotel Alpinist, which is only 300 m away. The parking is large with plenty of space. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

“Липса на качествен персонал!”

Everything from the entrance onward was fine: the rooms were roomy, clean, furnished with brand‑new pieces and had comfy mattresses, and the restaurant served tasty food, plus there was parking. The staff left a lot to be desired, acting as if I were an intruder rather than a paying guest; there was no receptionist after 17.00, and the waiters were rude, nervous, and served with obvious annoyance despite generous tips. If management ignores the human factor, they won’t attract quality customers.
