Horrible & pathetic rooms very old & unmaintained Very expensive just big room & bathroom but absolutely run down conditions - please delist this property as it's showing rosy pictures of rooms & bathrooms but the conditions are very bad

The hotel will help you out for Jungle safari and other services. Staffs are cooperative with all needs. Traditional cottage room was very ordinary but was expecting something more. No welcome drinks/water was offered upon arrival
