“Muy aceptable.”
The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, the location was excellent, and the room was spacious. There was a strange odor coming from the bathroom, I couldn't bathe with hot water, I waited a long time and it never came out—only cold.

We stayed for 7 days in this centrally located hotel that has good connectivity. The building is equipped with an elevator, internet and phone, just enough to enjoy a few days in the lovely city of Huancayo and the nearby towns. A special shout‑out to Gladys and her team for their family‑like service. We arrived from Lima at 7 am and asked if we could check in early; since our room was ready, they had no problem letting us in ahead of schedule.
The hotel’s location and the staff’s attentiveness were great, but the pillows felt a bit hard.
The elevator worked, WiFi was good, the Android TV could be cast to, hot water was available, the place was clean, and the staff were helpful.
