The water quality is good. The refrigerator was dirty, the smell from the unit bath in the room bothered me, and I was bitten by a lot of dust mites.

I spent about two hours traveling from the airport to the hotel, which pushed my planned dinner time to the very last minute, but the staff managed to accommodate me. The room had a noticeable cigarette‑like odor. On the first night, when I tried to enter the room with the key I had received, the door was not locked. Despite staying multiple nights, the room was not cleaned while I was outside. Towels were hung on the outer door knob instead of inside the room. The sashimi served at dinner lacked soy sauce, and when I requested it I was left waiting for about ten minutes. A strong, rotting smell wafted through the corridor between the front desk and the bathroom.

The large public bath and the open-air bath were spacious and enjoyable. I could choose a yukata size, and the amenities were plentiful. The staff were efficient, smiling, and explained everything politely. Free cold water and coffee were provided, and the lobby was bright and harmonized with nature, giving a relaxing atmosphere. The only issue was a slight scratch on the in‑room unit bath.

The massage was excellent; the attendant was talkative, entertaining, and skilled, which was very soothing. The room was located far from the elevator.

There were plenty of amenities and play areas for children, even diapers, and the midnight tantanmen was delicious! Every corner had fun elements, making it fantastic. The refrigerator in the room had a large amount of something the previous guest had dumped inside, but since I didn’t use the fridge, it didn’t bother me.
