I felt like I was truly staying in a hotel during my visit to Tarsus, with the reception and room service meeting all my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel at home. If I plan another trip to Tarsus, this hotel will be my top choice.

I've become a repeat guest at this hotel, and it's easy to see why. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Tarsus, making it simple to explore the area on foot. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. After a long day, I love to unwind in the serene green courtyard with a refreshing drink.

“No one available to check us in left hanging!”

I was initially drawn to this hotel's old mansion-style look, but my experience quickly turned sour. When I arrived, the owner was nowhere to be found, and I had to call and bang on doors to get attention. The wait was over 40 minutes, and I wasn't the only one - another late-check-in guest was also left waiting. When the owner finally emerged, he reeked of alcohol, which was quite off-putting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming, historic hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. However, I did encounter a few minor issues with the hotel's amenities, which were not quite up to par. Despite this, the hotel's unique character and the staff's exceptional service made up for any shortcomings.
