Breakfast was hearty and varied, the service very pleasant and friendly, and the location superb—central yet quiet with ample parking in front of the building. In the bathroom I wished for more storage options, and a wardrobe would have been a bit missing.

The location, parking availability, and spacious rooms were positives, yet we waited a long time at reception after arrival, followed by a tedious form‑filling process that feels outdated. The apartment was unclean: the carpet had never been vacuumed, there were cobwebs everywhere, the fridge was filthy, and the furniture and equipment bore fingerprints from previous guests. It could work for a simple sleep, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

The location was great, close to the market and city spots, and the room felt comfortable and tidy. The staff were warm and the service was excellent. Breakfast was monotonous—just marmalade, honey, and canned beef in plastic packs. A cheese, sausage, ham, or hard‑boiled eggs would have been nice. That’s a big downside, plus there was no gym or fitness area.
