Mayan Monkey Cancun - Social Hostel

Super friendly staff everywhere—at the bar, in general, and especially at the reception! Always helpful, creating a great vibe and making you feel welcome from the first second. The location is great if you want to head to Forum Cancun beach or the adjacent party street. Everything you need is within a few minutes on foot. Perfect for arriving, connecting, or just relaxing and staying. Unfortunately the pool was inaccessible during my stay because of repairs, but it should be usable again in a few days.

Great location, great staff, and a cool vibe. It seemed like the coolest bar in the whole area, though a bit quiet since my stay fell in the shoulder season. I prefer it over other spots in the hotel zone. I had a private room that gave me the best of both worlds—community social feel with a nice large private space to retreat to, though it was a bit pricey. Drinks were quite expensive, especially for a hostel, and seemed more like US prices, which is why I saw many people walking across the street to buy alcohol. My private room cost more than I expected for the off‑season.

The staff were incredibly friendly and all super kind. The location is great, the place is always clean, and it’s a perfect spot to both have fun and relax at the same time.

I servizi, la pulizia, l'efficienza sono ottime. Personale molto simpatico e disponibile. Spazi ben concepiti e confortevoli. Ottma climatizzazione. L'unico punto negativo è il prezzo leggermente più alto della media, insieme al rumore della musica che si sente fino a tardi. Più adatto ad un viaggiatore dedito alla festa che ad uno interessato ad alzarsi presto ed andare a dormire presto
