Everything was lovingly designed, the rooms were very pretty and modern with everything you need, and the breakfast in the beautiful garden was perfect.

Great design inside and out with an excellent outdoor area, a rich buffet of Balearic delicacies, and a rooftop terrace offering an outstanding view of the city (great for sunsets). The staff are courteous and always available.

A perfect, peaceful boutique hotel in the heart of Artà, we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Minor issue: they could provide ironing facilities or a steamer in the room, but everything else was wonderful.

Everything was super across the board—breakfast, cleanliness, restaurant, spa, location, truly sublime. Every staff member from the receptionist to the waiters, cleaning and kitchen staff pays close attention to guests’ well‑being. Very relaxed and calming, with top communication among the team. We mentioned at check‑in that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and two days later someone else surprised us with a beautiful gesture at breakfast. They’re very helpful with advice on exploring the region and booking local (super good!) restaurants, and their own restaurant is also a highlight. Public parking is a short walk away and the rooftop terrace is a nice bonus. The only downside: the bathroom storage could be better, a shelf or pull‑out drawer would have been handy.

“Wonderful”

This has become our favourite Mallorca escape. We arrived in September this year and it was hotter than usual, but the hotel feels like a little oasis in the middle of a pretty town, away from the ultra‑busy tourist zones. Nothing else to add.
